Our Story
Built on Precision and a Better Material
Our polycarbonate division at PECOT — Plastic Engineering Company of Tulsa — grew out of a recurring request from our industrial customers: a replacement for expensive, heavy, corrosion-prone metal enclosures and guards. That work became a focused custom fabrication operation built around one of the best engineering thermoplastics available: flame retardant (FR) and general-purpose (GP) polycarbonate sheet.
Today, we work directly with engineers, maintenance supervisors, and procurement teams at industrial companies across oil & gas, electrical, utilities, and manufacturing. Every part we make is custom — cut and bent to your exact specifications, delivered directly to your facility or job site.
Every part is made to order, fabricated to your drawing rather than pulled from a shelf. You work directly with the people who build it, and we take pride in getting your part right the first time — and in reproducing it exactly when you need it again.

From flat sheet to finished component — every step performed in-house at our Tulsa facility.
Custom Engineering Review
We review your drawings, sketches, or dimensions and advise on material thickness, bend radius, and forming method before quoting. Polycarbonate is unforgiving — the wrong radius or a stressed bend will craze or crack in service, often months later.
CNC Cutting
Flat polycarbonate sheet is precision-cut to your exact profile — including vent slots, mounting holes, cutouts, and shaped edges — on our CNC machine.
Precision Forming
Cut profiles are formed to precise angles — brake-formed for standard geometries, or heat-formed where a part's size, radius, or shape calls for it. We select the method that holds tolerance without stressing the material. Standard forming in 1/8" and 3/16" sheet; 1/4" available with relief groove.
Direct Delivery
Finished components are inspected and shipped directly to your facility or job site. Repeat orders are reproduced from saved specifications.
