Every part we make is built to order — cut and bent from flame retardant (FR) or general-purpose (GP) polycarbonate sheet to match your exact dimensions and requirements.

We don't stock finished products. We start with flat polycarbonate sheet — FR or GP grade depending on your application — CNC machine each profile, and bend it using the method the geometry calls for. Send us a sketch, a drawing, a DXF file, or just your dimensions — we handle the rest.

What We Can Build for You
Guards & Covers
Protective covers for electrical components, rotating equipment, terminals, and other hazard areas. Polycarbonate allows visual inspection of what's underneath without removal — a critical advantage in industrial environments.

Enclosure Components
Custom-bent sides, lids, back panels, and bases that assemble into full enclosure systems. These replace expensive fabricated metal boxes where electrical insulation, flame retardancy, or visual inspection are required.

Flat Panels & Shields
CNC-cut flat polycarbonate panels for use as barriers, dividers, sight windows, and protective shields. Profiles can include any combination of cutouts, slots, holes, and shaped edges.
- Any 2D profile — straight or contoured edges
- Mounting holes, slots, and cutouts
- Vent patterns for thermal management
- Available in clear, tinted, or opaque black polycarbonate
- Multiple sheet thicknesses available
Specialty & Custom Parts

Material
Flame Retardant (FR) & General-Purpose (GP) Polycarbonate
Components are fabricated from FR or GP grade polycarbonate sheet depending on your application. FR grade offers UL94-rated flame retardant performance depending on thickness and is electrically insulating with arc-resistant properties. GP grade offers the same impact resistance, insulating, and non-corrosive properties where flame retardancy is not required.

1/8" and 3/16" are our standard forming thicknesses. 1/4" is available for flat panels or bend applications using a relief groove. Sheet thicker than 1/4" is outside our forming range, but we do CNC cut flat parts in heavier thicknesses — ask us about your application.
